The Primary Care Provider role is onsite at Orchid Health’s McKenzie River Clinic in Blue River, OR. Pay is $140,100–$168,000 per year for a 36-hour, 0.9 FTE schedule. What you'll do

• Provide comprehensive primary care
• maintain patient records, chart notes, problem and medication lists, and care plans
• respond to lab, imaging, and referral results within 24 hours on scheduled duty days
• complete charts within 72 hours
• respond to patient queries while scheduled
• follow clinical guidelines and controlled-substance policies
• collaborate on clinic policies and support team learning.
