What you'll do

• Enter raw data into spreadsheets and the catalog data-entry platform
• process and verify phone orders
• handle inbound and outbound calls
• respond to customer inquiries and complaints
• explain products and services to existing customers
• support retention and sales order entry
• track shipments
• perform other duties as requested. Must be able to work some weekends between Thanksgiving and Christmas.
