What you'll do

• Follow the proprietary frosting recipe and application methods
• use measuring instruments, mixers, and pastry bags
• prioritize pre-orders and walk-in orders
• maintain samples and frosted cake levels
• package, label, and store products
• rotate products and maintain logs
• monitor frosting supplies
• check cakes against quality standards
• clean, sanitize, and restock the workstation
• follow health, safety, dress-code, and hygiene requirements.
