What you'll do

• Verify property ownership
• negotiate and acquire oil and gas leases or assignments
• assemble required government permits
• report ownership positions, competitor activity, and potential legal issues
• maintain information on outside-operated wells
• compile and update land maps
• coordinate field lease brokers and title work
• order, review, and cure title
• coordinate with operations landmen, GIS, and Title Specialists.
