What you'll do

• Assist with laundry production, workflow, assignments, staffing coverage, and quality control
• train and coach team members
• monitor production, labor, supplies, and operational issues
• help maintain preventive maintenance schedules
• perform or coordinate inspections, cleaning, lubrication, minor maintenance, and repairs
• maintain maintenance records
• operate company vehicles including a box truck for linen deliveries and pickups
• inspect vehicles
• load, secure, transport, and unload materials
• coordinate transportation schedules and vehicle documentation
• maintain a safe and organized facility.

Why this role

Previous laundry, hospitality, industrial laundry, or production experience and supervisory experience are preferred. A valid driver’s license and ability to operate a box truck are required. Flexible scheduling, including weekends and holidays, is required as operational needs dictate.
