General Manager — Live Sushi Bar

The General Manager works onsite in San Francisco, CA, with a minimum expected schedule of 50 hours per week and may work after business hours, weekends, and holidays as needed. What you'll do

• Oversee restaurant operations, productivity, food quality, and customer service
• manage financial and personnel/payroll administration
• enforce sanitation, cleanliness, maintenance, and operational standards
• estimate food and beverage costs and coordinate provisioning and purchasing
• monitor portion control and waste
• respond to guest complaints
• maintain security and safety procedures
• manage shifts, scheduling, and staffing
• supervise, develop, and evaluate employees
• support community and vendor relationships
• assist guests with menu selections and collaborate with the Chef on pricing, presentation, and execution.
