The Masonry Foreman — Commercial Restoration role is an onsite field position based in Boston, MA, with pay of $45–$55 per hour. Building Restoration Services performs building-envelope restoration, masonry, concrete repair, waterproofing, roofing, and related restoration work. The foreman leads crews and takes ownership of daily production, workmanship, coordination, and safety on commercial masonry and building-envelope restoration projects. The role combines hands-on masonry work with crew development, planning, quality control, and coordination from project setup through punch-list completion.

What you'll do

• Work alongside masonry and restoration crews
• lead, train, and mentor mechanics and laborers
• plan daily work and production goals
• interpret plans and specifications
• coordinate labor, materials, equipment, and access
• maintain quality control
• protect occupants and surrounding property
• document conditions and progress
• communicate with project stakeholders
• enforce safety requirements
• coordinate work from scaffolds, swing stages, and lifts
• manage assigned projects through punch-list completion.
