What you'll do

• Generate sales contacts with support from sales and location managers and Sales Agronomists
• develop sales and service skills and product knowledge through assigned meetings
• build confidence in cold calling
• sell agronomy products and services when appropriate
• scout fields and make recommendations with a Sales Agronomist’s assistance
• provide customer service and respond to complaints
• grow territory sales
• follow safety, vehicle, fleet, and DOT requirements.

Why this role

Entry-level development role. A bachelor’s degree, or an associate degree and 1–5 years of related experience or training, or equivalent combination is required; Crop Advisor Certification and CDL are beneficial. Overtime may include weekends, holidays, or different shifts.
