What you'll do

• Manage housing application, room selection, assignment, billing, and occupancy processes
• use StarRez, PeopleSoft, and reporting systems
• coordinate housing timelines, transfers, check-in and check-out, and special group housing
• analyze occupancy data and maintain records and reports
• supervise and develop three Housing Assistant Managers
• coordinate with campus departments and partners.
