What you'll do

• Complete service and repair assignments within specified timeframes and ensure repairs pass quality inspections and test drives
• diagnose and correct mechanical and electrical problems to manufacturer specifications
• explain diagnoses and repairs
• use manuals, computer systems, and technical bulletins
• maintain a clean work area and dealership tools
• follow safety and hazardous-waste requirements
• coordinate parts
• complete required factory certification and training.
