What you'll do

• Own end-to-end customer deployment plans from contract execution through go-live, including milestones, budgets, vendors, integrations, and risk governance
• coordinate customer, partner, engineering, product, and commercial stakeholders
• lead program reviews and status updates
• document repeatable deployment playbooks and TPM frameworks
• support resource planning and deployment economics
• engage infrastructure partners on validation and integration
• monitor customer adoption and satisfaction and relay product feedback.
