What you'll do

• Set and uphold hospitality standards across the club
• support member engagement and retention
• plan and run social events, tournaments, and member gatherings
• manage digital presence, member communications, newsletters, social media, and event promotion
• conduct tours and support new-member onboarding
• serve as the primary contact for member feedback and resolve concerns with follow-through.
