What you'll do

• Manage PC lease schedules and equipment lifecycle
• coordinate hardware repairs
• install, configure, patch, and upgrade Windows systems and applications
• perform PC imaging and software deployment
• troubleshoot hardware, software, networking, and endpoint issues
• resolve vulnerabilities through remote support and deskside visits
• manage tickets
• provide executive and end-user support
• track IT assets
• coordinate equipment shipping and receiving
• support lab technicians
• and provide occasional after-hours and weekend support for critical incidents.
