What you'll do

• Dust, sweep, mop, and vacuum common areas
• disinfect high-touch surfaces
• empty trash and recycling
• clean glass
• change common-area light bulbs and replace smoke detector batteries and furnace filters as needed
• perform yard debris removal and weeding
• manage contract-service schedules and cleaning supply inventory.
