What you'll do
- Manage full-cycle accounts receivable, including invoicing, payment posting, credit memos, and customer account reconciliation
- monitor aging reports and follow up on outstanding balances
- resolve discrepancies with customers
- assist with month-end close and account reconciliations
- enter and maintain financial data in Sage
- collaborate with sales, production, and operations on billing and revenue tracking
- support audits, reporting, and general accounting.
