What you'll do

• Process patient medical-record requests accurately and efficiently
• protect confidential information and follow HIPAA and facility policies
• prepare and organize patient charts
• create digital images for electronic medical records
• retrieve and transmit records appropriately
• respond to calls
• and assist with administrative tasks such as faxes, mail, and data entry as needed.
