What you'll do

• Monitor buildings and clean rooms, including lighting, positive pressure, and ventilation filtration
• fabricate and install clean rooms, office remodels, and cubicles
• maintain preventive maintenance logs
• perform preventive maintenance on life-support equipment and systems
• maintain specialized utilities and clean-room systems
• document work
• ensure compliance with safety codes and standards
• perform general construction projects and snow removal.
