Forklift Operator

Job overview

The Forklift Operator role is onsite at Pan Pepin’s food production plant in the 00959 postal area of Puerto Rico. Compensation is not specified. The role supports the movement and replenishment of raw materials, finished products, and auxiliary materials within the plant. The operator moves and stores materials safely, maintains area inventory, and supports receiving and warehouse organization. Accurate product records, stock rotation, and adherence to industrial safety and food-safety practices help keep production areas supplied and organized.

What you'll do

• Operate a forklift according to established procedures and safety rules
• move products and materials between production, storage, and dispatch areas
• verify and record product dates, lots, and conditions
• inspect the forklift daily and report faults or maintenance needs
• store products according to rotation and segregation policies
• support workplace cleaning, good manufacturing practices, physical inventory, warehouse organization, pallet and mold collection, and materials receiving
• replenish assigned production areas based on daily inventory.

Why this role

The posting requires the ability to work rotating shifts and under pressure, and at least one year of forklift experience in an industrial or logistics environment is preferred.
