What you'll do

• Collect and prepare blood specimens, perform venipunctures and finger sticks, verify patient identity, and maintain specimen integrity.
• When not performing phlebotomy duties, observe and assist mental health or substance-use patients, support admissions, maintain a safe environment, conduct scheduled observations, assist with patient activities and hygiene, and notify nursing staff of behavioral changes.
