Security Officer – Shopping Center

The Security Officer – Shopping Center role is onsite in Orem, UT. Compensation is $20–$33.75 per hour. University Place Shopping Center is seeking security officers to help maintain a safe environment for patrons, tenants, employees, and visitors. The officer provides a visible security presence, monitors activity, and responds to incidents and emergencies. The role also supports patrons and helps enforce property rules and safety procedures.

What you'll do

• Patrol the shopping center and monitor activity
• respond to criminal activity, disturbances, and emergencies
• assist patrons and provide customer service
• enforce parking regulations
• provide security and crowd control for events
• identify and report suspicious activity and safety concerns
• prepare detailed incident and patrol reports
• follow security procedures and management directives.
