Construction Project Manager

What you'll do

• Manage project planning, scheduling, cost accounting, quality control, contract administration, safety, labor and equipment resources, and owner and architect relationships
• develop and update the Master Project Schedule
• manage project variance and coding of bills
• handle contracts, pay requests, change orders, RFIs, and ASIs
• create subcontracts and purchase orders
• review shop drawings
• coordinate deliveries and follow up on schedule issues
• ensure work meets plans and specifications.
