What you'll do

• Source and engage candidates
• review resumes and conduct initial phone screens
• coordinate interviews
• communicate with candidates
• maintain candidate records in the applicant tracking system
• support hiring for physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, clinical support, and administrative roles
• partner with leadership on hiring needs.
