What you'll do

• Conduct structured 20-minute interviews
• assess technical depth, communication, and AI-evaluation fit using a rubric
• confirm availability, work authorization, and exclusivity
• identify and report red flags
• assign advance, hold, or pass tiers
• write concise candidate summaries
• coordinate interviews during weekday business hours.
