What you'll do

• Assist residents with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, mobility, meals, snacks, hydration, and feeding as needed. Support ambulation, positioning, and range-of-motion activities
• monitor comfort and respond to needs. Record vital signs, weight, and fluid intake and output, and report changes in physical, emotional, or cognitive status to the Caregiver Coordinator or Executive Director. Document care, observations, and resident interactions in accordance with policies and regulatory requirements.

Why this role
