What you'll do

• Ensure welcoming, attentive guest service and consistent food quality
• oversee cash handling and reconciliation
• complete operational paperwork, reports, and schedules
• manage inventory and receiving
• hire, train, coach, and develop team members
• create schedules
• make hiring, coaching, and termination decisions
• ensure compliance with health, safety, and labor regulations
• execute local marketing and community outreach
• maintain cleanliness and sanitation.
