What you'll do

• Advise clients on estate planning, wills, trusts, incapacity planning, and legacy preservation
• develop customized estate plans
• draft and review wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and advance directives
• manage probate and trust administration matters
• prepare and file probate pleadings, inventories, accountings, and court documents
• counsel fiduciaries and beneficiaries
• represent clients in probate proceedings as needed
• lead client meetings
• oversee paralegals and legal assistants
• collaborate with legal and administrative colleagues
• maintain case notes and client records
• ensure compliance with Florida law, court rules, and firm procedures.
