What you'll do

• Explain the repair process and insurance claims procedures to customers
• map and photograph vehicle damage and document intake files
• prepare estimates and supplements
• follow insurance Direct Repair Program guidelines
• support repair routing, scheduling, monitoring, and sublet coordination
• ensure quality standards
• maintain accurate work files through delivery and closeout
• complete assigned training.
