The Vascular Sonographer role is onsite in Leominster, MA. Compensation is $40–$57 per hour, negotiable based on skills and experience. The Vascular Care Group is an outpatient practice offering care for vascular patients through a convenient model of treatment. The sonographer performs diagnostic examinations and prepares clinically relevant information to assist physicians in diagnosing and treating vascular patients. The role supports safe, accurate imaging, quality assurance, and the daily operation of the sonography facility.

What you'll do

• Prepare exam rooms and ultrasound equipment
• assess patients and perform physician-ordered diagnostic sonography
• use professional judgment to capture appropriate images
• document examination limitations
• follow IAC accreditation and quality assurance requirements
• review images, synthesize results, and prepare preliminary reports
• ensure reports meet billing requirements
• perform equipment quality control and preventive maintenance
• assist with facility operations and workflow.
