What you'll do

• Lead daily on-site just-in-sequence operations
• assign tasks and coordinate breaks and shift handovers
• monitor inbound, sequencing, staging, and outbound processes
• serve as the customer’s operational contact
• enforce safety and quality standards
• track performance metrics
• train and coach team members
• maintain operational records and support process improvements.
