• Assist with transfers and mobility, housekeeping, meal preparation, personal care, medication reminders, range-of-motion exercises, dementia care, companionship, vital signs, ostomy appliance changes, non-sterile dressing reinforcement, and intake/output measurement
• accompany clients on errands or medical appointments
• observe and report changes in condition.
