What you'll do

• Evaluate stamping die changes to improve panel surface and dimensional issues
• troubleshoot split, wrinkle, spring-back, and distortion problems and implement corrective actions
• communicate timing, quality, and progress to die tryout and engineering teams
• perform die assembly and disassembly, welding, grinding, polishing, spotting, press checks, and dimensional review
• document sheet-metal changes and follow up on outcomes
• support 5S, ISO, Kaizen, and lean manufacturing activities
• mentor team members when assigned.
