Service Technician – Vending Equipment

Job overview

The Service Technician – Vending Equipment role is onsite in Sheboygan, WI, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., on-call Wednesday evenings, and every fourth weekend. Pay is $25.60 per hour. The role supports Canteen’s vending, office coffee, snack, and food-service solutions for workplaces. The technician repairs, maintains, and assists with installation of vending machines and equipment. By responding to service calls, resolving customer concerns, and keeping equipment operational, the role supports reliable service at customer locations.

What you'll do

• Respond to dispatch calls for machine repairs using a company vehicle
• inspect machines and diagnose malfunctions
• repair or replace defective parts and test operation
• address customer service concerns
• review and order parts
• maintain equipment inventory
• prepare machines for installation and assist with installations and removals.
