What you'll do

• Provide personal care, hygiene, activities of daily living, safe transfers, and mobility support
• offer mental stimulation through activities such as games and walks
• support assistive-device use as needed
• assist with meals, meal preparation, housekeeping, errands, and approved community appointments
• monitor health and safety and follow the plan of care
• document care and observations
• report changes to the registered nurse
• follow infection-control and safety procedures
• communicate with the interdisciplinary team and maintain client confidentiality.
