What you'll do

• Own the complete thermal and mechanical design for ML/AI accelerator platforms.
• Design and optimize cooling solutions (air and liquid) for high-power-density accelerators.
• Develop detailed CFD models and structural FEA for thermal analysis.
• Design rack manifolds and liquid cooling interfaces.
• Develop and validate mechanical structures for manufacturability and reliability.
