Home Care Team Leader

The Home Care Team Leader role is onsite in Thomasville, AL. Pay is $16.50 per hour. The role oversees home and community services for people who need assistance with daily living due to age, sickness, disability, or other conditions. The team leader coordinates and evaluates services, schedules and supervises designated employees, and supports compliance with agency policies and industry standards. The role helps ensure clients receive respectful care and that employees have guidance, training, and appropriate support.

What you'll do

• Ensure agency policies, procedures, industry standards, and regulations are followed
• assist with coordination, evaluation, and planning of home care services
• support administrative activities and resource use
• develop and evaluate strategic plans and objectives
• coordinate staffing and schedules
• supervise designated employees
• provide employee instruction and leadership
• conduct in-home assessments
• liaise with community resources and other agencies
• be on call whenever an employee is unavailable for work, 24/7.

Why this role
