HVAC Technician

Job overview

The HVAC Technician role is onsite in Columbus, OH. Compensation is $25–$30 per hour. HES provides facilities management services focused exclusively on educational institutions. What you'll do

• Operate and repair chillers
• troubleshoot electrical and mechanical systems
• operate steam boilers and pressure vessels
• perform routine and major maintenance, service, repairs, and installations on heating and ventilating equipment and controls
• complete preventive maintenance and diagnostic checks
• maintain and calibrate controls
• respond to alarms
• document work orders, equipment status, parts needs, and labor hours
• perform on-call duties when required.
