What you'll do

• Lead design and improvement of network and systems infrastructure
• direct selection, procurement, installation, configuration, testing, and rollout of hardware and software
• establish network policies and standards
• oversee data center monitoring
• supervise and mentor IT personnel
• lead cybersecurity and disaster recovery planning and testing
• oversee system monitoring, backups, patching, upgrades, and user accounts
• diagnose hardware and software issues
• improve network performance and access controls
• deliver user training and disaster recovery exercises
• maintain a 2–5-year technology roadmap.
