House Technician (Floor Technician)

The House Technician (Floor Technician) role is onsite in Erie, PA. Compensation is $15.50 per hour. The position supports housekeeping and building upkeep at Asbury Communities’ Springhill community. The role maintains clean, orderly floors, carpets, fixtures, and public entrances, helping keep resident and shared spaces in good condition. It also handles waste and recycling collection and disposal as part of routine facility maintenance.

What you'll do

• Collect trash and recyclable material from trash rooms, transport and dispose of it in dumpsters, and move dumpsters to designated pickup sites
• maintain tiled floors through mopping, scrubbing, buffing, coating, stripping, and refinishing
• vacuum, spot-clean, and shampoo carpets
• maintain ceiling and wall light fixtures, replace bulbs, and clean fixtures
• maintain building entrances and covered walkways, empty trash and ash urns, dust ledges, and clean entrance glass and tracks.
