• Verify tenant income and assets and complete annual LIHTC recertifications

• support budgets and income projections
• collect and deposit rents and fees
• prepare legal documents and processes under state and company guidelines
• coordinate vendors and contractors
• support accounts payable and funds
• manage leasing and marketing
• monitor property performance and market data
• address resident concerns
• lead community emergency response
• train and schedule staff
• coordinate maintenance
• inspect the community and market-ready apartments
• ensure service requests are recorded and communicated.
