What you'll do

• Support day-to-day supervision of field crews
• inspect subcontractor work for contract compliance
• develop and maintain site logistics and short-term schedules
• monitor labor and material costs
• prepare daily reports
• participate in project meetings
• review trade contractor payment applications with leadership
• track change orders and tickets
• and mentor team members while supporting safety and quality practices.
