What you'll do

• perform three-way matching
• review account coding
• monitor open items
• communicate with vendors
• reconcile vendor accounts
• maintain vendor records and documentation
• record customer payments
• prepare customer invoices
• maintain confidential financial records
• provide backup payment-processing and office support.
