Job overview
The Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) role provides in-home services in Massapequa, NY, on Monday–Friday from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. Compensation is $25–$35 per hour. Strides ABA’s stated mission is to provide individualized services that help children thrive and reach their potential. The technician delivers one-on-one applied behavior analysis therapy and works with Board-Certified Behavior Analysts to implement individualized treatment plans. The role supports client progress through consistent sessions, data collection, and collaboration with the multidisciplinary team.
What you'll do
- Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to clients with autism and other developmental disabilities
- implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with BCBAs
