Member Support Associate I

What you'll do

• Handle inbound and outbound member calls
• conduct loan payments, deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and other transactions
• process member requests such as certificates of deposit, wire transfers, cards, checks, and direct deposits
• explain online and mobile services
• cross-sell credit union services
• refer members to appropriate departments
• maintain files and reports
• protect confidential information
• support problem-solving for card services, ACH, rates, and account resolutions.

Why this role

Part-time schedule of 30–35 hours per week; requires three shifts from 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., remaining shifts between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., and two Saturdays per month from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.; closed Sundays.
