The Superintendent – Affordable Housing role is onsite at Cazenovia Village Apartments in Cazenovia, NY. Pay is $25–$27 per hour. The superintendent supports the Maintenance Development Lead and helps maintain a safe, secure, and comfortable property for residents, visitors, and staff. The role oversees the maintenance team and the property’s physical condition, performs routine, preventive, and emergency repairs, and manages maintenance supplies. This work preserves the property’s operational integrity and supports residents’ day-to-day living environment.

What you'll do

• Oversee and maintain the property’s physical condition
• lead, supervise, and support the maintenance team
• build positive relationships with residents, team members, vendors, suppliers, and service professionals
• diagnose and perform routine, preventive, and emergency maintenance and repairs
• manage maintenance inventory and supplies
• implement preventive maintenance programs and safety protocols.
