What you'll do

• conduct patient satisfaction calls and resolve concerns
• monitor productivity, workload, expenses, and employee performance
• process orders and work orders
• coordinate fulfillment with field locations
• educate patients, employees, and referral sources on service qualifications and third-party billing
• review medical necessity and payer documentation.
