Vice President of Operations

The Vice President of Operations role is onsite in Chicago, IL. Compensation is $80,000–$95,000 per year. Community Health Partnership of Illinois provides primary preventive medical, dental, and behavioral health services to communities across Illinois. The vice president leads operational programs and teams, strengthens patient access and service quality, and coordinates organizational growth, reporting, risk management, and compliance. The role works with the CEO, executive and clinical leaders, staff, and community partners to implement programs and improve organizational performance.

What you'll do

• Lead Customer Services, Development, and Patient Health Navigator programs
• supervise Operations Managers and the Development Director
• oversee risk management, claims management, FTCA and UDS reporting, and grant reporting
• monitor patient access and experience
• collaborate on budgets, forecasts, and growth strategies
• oversee clinical scheduling and program implementation
• support recruitment and onboarding
• maintain relationships with community partners
• monitor quality assurance and improvement initiatives
• report to the CEO.

Why this role
