What you'll do

• Manage an assigned portfolio of individual donors, corporate partners, and foundations
• identify, cultivate, solicit, and steward relationships
• develop retention, engagement, and recognition strategies
• conduct prospect development and prioritize face-to-face engagement
• create stewardship plans for major donors and legacy givers
• support donor events, tours, acknowledgments, and impact reporting
• document activity and use Bloomerang data to guide portfolio strategy.
