What you'll do

• Conduct space utilization studies and recommend layout improvements
• maintain master space plans
• model headcount, capacity, and workplace design scenarios
• analyze utilization data for real estate decisions
• coordinate facility reconfigurations, renovations, and relocations
• track milestones, vendors, and costs
• prepare executive updates
• partner with cross-functional teams
• travel up to 20% as required.
