What you'll do

• Partner with Talent team members, hiring managers, executive teams, and founders to execute searches
• source candidates across industries and functions
• develop market maps and candidate pipelines for leadership roles
• lead initial outreach and candidate engagement
• participate in weekly search updates
• use LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools
• improve sourcing strategies, communication practices, and search efficiency.
