The Registered Nurse (RN) House Supervisor – Weekend Night Shift role is onsite in Roanoke, VA, at Raleigh Court Health & Rehabilitation Center. Pay is $40–$42 per hour. The role supports nursing operations at a 120-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation center. The supervisor oversees the nursing department in the Director of Nursing’s absence, coordinating staffing and patient-care operations across shifts. The role helps ensure staffing meets care needs, supports admissions and transitions, and supervises and evaluates evening and night employees.

What you'll do

• Review staffing at shift change and assign or replace staff to meet patient-care needs
• complete patient-care rounds
• coordinate admissions, transfers, and discharges and ensure appropriate documentation
• assist with orientation of evening and night employees
• supervise and evaluate evening and night employees.
